Welcome to MoversOnGo! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand and accept them.
1. Service Agreement
Scope of Services: MoversOnGo provides moving services including packing, transportation, and unpacking of personal belongings. Detailed service descriptions and inclusions will be outlined in your moving agreement.
Service Changes: Any changes or additional services requested after the initial agreement must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only after a deposit is received and acknowledged by MoversOnGo.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to your specific agreement for details.
3. Liability and Insurance
Liability for Damages: MoversOnGo is responsible for damages caused by our negligence. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable or fragile items.
Insurance Coverage: Basic coverage is included; however, you may opt for enhanced insurance options. Details of coverage and claims procedures will be provided upon request.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
Access and Preparation: Ensure that all items are accessible and prepared for moving on the agreed date. MoversOnGo is not responsible for delays caused by inadequate preparation or access issues.
Inventory List: Provide an accurate inventory of items to be moved. MoversOnGo is not liable for items not listed in the inventory or for any discrepancies.
5. Conduct and Behavior
Professional Conduct: Our team will perform services professionally and courteously. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in service termination.
Property Damage: MoversOnGo takes utmost care to avoid property damage. Any existing damage to property must be reported before the move.
6. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from our services should be reported within 7 days of the service date. We will work to resolve issues amicably.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of UAE.
7. Modifications to Terms
Term Updates: MoversOnGo reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
